Jack Cooke has just published his first book, “The Tree Climber’s Guide”, detailing his musings from his most notable treetops in London. With beautiful accompanying illustrations from his wife Jennifer, Jack’s encouraging city-dwellers to take to the air and recapture their sense of fun.
Ed finds out how tree-climbing can offer a fresh perspective on urban life, takes Jack on a build-your-own adventure and sets aside some much needed time to swap plans for the zombie apocalypse.
