Sketch, Please! – Terms & Conditions
By submitting your script to the Sketch, Please! programme, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:
a) The submission of authored content to the Sketch, Please! programme does not guarantee the development or publishing of said content as part of Sketch, Please!, Podcast Adventures or any other affiliated programme.
b) The submission of authored content to the Sketch, Please! programme does not guarantee the Author being cast as a Performer in the recording of their content. Neither does becoming a Performer in the Sketch, Please! programme guarantee the development or recording of any content authored by the Performer.
c) For reasons of practicality, Podcast Adventures can only accept prospective Performer applications from those that are resident in or can easily travel to London, England on the specified date and time of recording.
a) Podcast Adventures reserves the right to allow script editing of any submitted sketch following consultation with the Author. Please note scripts may be subject to change at the time of recording to fit with the performance.
b) Podcast Adventures will own the rights to the recording of any script published as part of the Sketch, Please! programme.
c) The rights to the original written script and its content itself will remain with the Author, and neither Podcast Adventures, nor their participants, collaborators, performers, employees or other personnel will have claim to the original content of the script.
d) Podcast Adventures rescind the right to use any submitted script or its content in any other context other than its original submission to the Sketch, Please! programme. Neither Podcast Adventures, nor any of its participants, collaborators, performers, employees or other personnel will be able to publish or use material from said submitted script, in part or in its entirety, in any other endeavour.
a) Neither the Author nor the Performers of any submitted content will receive any financial payment or compensation in any way, including food, travel or any other expenses.
b) Authors and Performers will receive written credit for any recorded content that contributes to the Sketch, Please! programme.
a) All work submitted, recorded and published is an original work of fiction. Any similarities to persons real or fictional or their work is entirely coincidental.
b) Any claims made against the originality of content in any submitted sketch published by Podcast Adventures is the sole responsibility of the author of the content in question.
